Which Pros?
Pros: None
Professional People? No.
Incompetence brought to high levels. Projects brought to a crash state intentionally, and the list is open for the Big Manager upstairs to add more. This manager has no idea what coding is and can add more to the list.
I can work from my couch, but I cannot know for a fact for how long because they are not capable of defining work from home as an official, definite choice of working for the employee.
Unpredictable, disastrous changes.
Inexistent management when everything goes well, and incompetent, useless management when they need to act and do their actual job.
You cannot change projects. Very old technologies. People stuck in the past.
Management works with Germany and acts like puppies in front of their lack of skills, task planning, project announcements, and so on.
No performance bonuses.
No time paid for extra hours. They force you to participate in a Business Conduct Guideline course every year, where you have to state that you are always claiming what is correct, and they force you to claim only 8 hours per day.
Incompetent HR that forces you to do tasks that they should do.
HR allows rehiring of people who were previously raised to HR.
HR allows promotions of big managers to higher levels, even though they know what is happening in the local IBM headquarters.
Projects in Romania are usually coordinated by friends of higher management who lack social skills and have anger management issues.
Higher management takes care that nobody "sees" their friends' issues and covers their tracks while throwing entire teams on fire when needed.
Get your two neurons working back together.
Can't wait to hear about the lawsuits that are expecting you.

Interviewed at IBM Yerwada, held via extension/telephone. The interview went quite well and took one hour. The interviewer appeared to be a full-stack developer. They asked me about jQuery, SQL, Django, and Python.
