The quality of the telephonic interviews is dependent upon the role. If it is done for a project, it would be very strict, or in line with the requirement. If it is a general staff suggestion, it could be anything.

The process is very simple and basic. It involves one technical and one HR round. Mostly, questions are based on your experience and skills. Domain knowledge is most important. Additional skills are welcome for the position.

Nowadays, it's really difficult to clear technical rounds at IBM. One has to be technically strong and should have a good implementation idea. It's not so easy to get an offer letter.
