80% overhead/20% productive time!
Executives make awful decisions that will obviously fail, but no one is empowered to prevent these disasters. I've witnessed several BILLION DOLLAR mistakes in my time at IBM!
Full of managers and PMs with very few workers.
All management and executives were forced to RTO and told which offices to move to.

No promotions for remote US employees, and they were deprioritized for raises, bonuses, and stock.
More RAs coming next year.
