The interview can be scheduled easily by HR.
It was one of the worst experiences with IBM. Recently, I've done 3 different interviews for the Senior Software Engineer role. All of them were cleared, but during a discussion with the manager, they clearly denied, "We can't match your expectations as you mentioned before the interview and discussed with HR. We can only meet the same package as you are getting currently." I had discussed directly with HR before the interview, and they committed to matching my expectations. This is what happened: Now he said this project doesn't have enough budget, but he knew about that already. They are playing with the interviewee's emotions.
