Long work hours, decreasing benefits, and no outside training opportunities. The company put employees last in priority, after Wall Street and customers. It's better to be a stockholder than an employee.

Senior Software Engineer
One round. Two interviewers. 20 minutes of background, then 20 minutes of technical, and finally 20 minutes of behavioral. After that, we discussed the role in more detail. They said they would get back to me.
Senior Software Engineer
The whole interview process has 3 rounds. There are 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. Technical rounds are to test your programming and system-level understanding. Some basic DSA questions are asked, mostly on linked lists and arrays.
