If you get a good manager, the work environment will be conducive to your growth. You will enjoy working and even have work-life balance. There is plenty to learn, and you are encouraged to keep learning and upgrading yourself. Processes are set up for everything.
If you get a rude manager, be ready to work 10-12 hours every day, including weekends. You won't even get paid to work extra hours. IBM gives single-digit hikes. Join at a higher package and expect the same payscale until you leave IBM. Promotions are very tough. I haven't been given a promotion since joining six years ago. Everything is project-based. If you are tagged to a long-term project, you can expect growth. Otherwise, your yearly reviews will be a mixed bag, with hikes and promotions being doubtful. If you are on the bench for more than 45 days, you will be put on a PIP. So, getting tagged to billable code is of utmost importance. The set-up processes take a longer time and will not produce desired results.
Pay a fair wage to your employees! Give decent hikes and timely promotions! Do something to give people on the bench some productivity. The RCM guys are a joke and never give projects or bother to check. PeM is there just to raise PIP once you are on the bench.

Technical interview and Manager Interview went fine and in time for me. But HR process took too much of time. HR response time is very, very less. It took a very long time to release the offer. HR had poor response to emails sent. Things moved g
I finished the technical round on February 4, 2017, and am now waiting for the PDM round. I haven't received any call yet. If anyone has, please let me know. Why is the process taking so long?
