The salaries are competitive, and the company has been making efforts lately to appeal to the younger generation.
Unfortunately, there are layoffs on a regular basis, which are not announced and are very hush-hush. From an employee perspective, these layoffs often don't make any sense, with talented, hard-working, key people being affected. The company is so large, employees often just feel like a number or pawn.
