Very open culture, and you can make full use of opportunities, but you have to be the one to initiate and start leading. There is so much learning content, you can get overwhelmed.
Specifically, the project I worked in was great, and the managers were very understanding. They only cared about delivery, not petty things.
At least from my project, it seems this company has the best managers I've ever worked with.
Due to such an open culture, many here take it easy, and delivery becomes monotonous.

The interview process was very smooth. I had one online test and a technical round. After that, I had an HR cum managerial round, where we discussed the project and salary negotiation.
Good
It wasn't so efficient. Anyone can crack the interview without good technical or communication skills. Selection is purely based on luck.
