Demotivating company, poor management, and no vision
- Abundance of work-life balance, mostly "life" and hardly any work.
- Good insurance, benefits, and PTO.
Lots of deadweight on the top. People promoted due to attrition, very toxic culture. Lots of people are outright rude, and no effort is taken to curb this if they are high performers. Most of the employees are looking for an out.
- Remove the deadweight on top.
- Fire all non-performing teams.
- Hire more experienced talent with great people skills.
