It is nice company to work with if you want relaxation
Work from home, flexible times, and two sick leaves a month which you don't need approval for.
Nice learning platform with lots of online courses.
Projects are fine. If lucky, you will get to go onsite.
Fewer projects, as people need to be on the bench for months to get a good project.
People managers are your everything there. There's less interaction with them, and it's not helpful for project allocation.
