You learn a lot, and it helps build a solid foundation if you stick around for a bit and move around a lot.
Lots of politics from middle management. Employees constantly fear layoffs and re-organizations. Re-organizations happened almost yearly. Basically, all your hard work won't get recognized easily.
Not sure about this. The culture is toxic, and it is hard to say where it originated from.
