Transitioning to become a more efficient organization
Working under IBM Cloud where we can get experience with the latest cloud tech stack. IBM Cloud operates a bit differently from other organizations that embrace agile and open cultures. IBM is also a very safe and ethical company.
Due to the competitive market, there are many projects to be completed, but it feels like we are under-resourced. This ends up with us spending longer hours than anticipated.
Too many things to juggle, so that the importance of individual growth and development might be de-prioritized.
Need more long-term vision for the team and employees.
