Well-established, reputable company. Was able to work from home on a regular basis. I worked there for 8 years and yet I struggle to think of pros. I guess I had a job.
Very unhealthy work environment. Incompetent management that neither has a strategic focus that they stick with for more than a year. You've become a follower and not an industry leader.
Get rid of the levels of management.
