Always process, process, process. Follow the process, and you will not go wrong. Use flex time. Use whatever technical skills you like. There are travel opportunities. Multiple businesses exist.
The process is very slow. The company is going downhill. Uncompetitive, without frontier technology. You cannot learn much. Multiple businesses, no focus.
