Online interview through a third-party service (HireVue, I think). Basic questions were asked. The main focus was on programming questions, for which I had 45 minutes each. They were basic, but required some thought to solve.

I was contacted via email in late September to set up a phone interview with the manager of the department. During this first phone interview, he did most of the talking, telling me about what they did and what they needed. He then asked me to tell h
