The people come from all backgrounds and experiences, with IBM embracing diversity. You can always reach out to people for help and guidance, and at the same time, senior people have an opportunity to mentor others.

I've worked here for 5 years and have seen the transformation from a traditional IT company to an exciting place for innovation and collaboration. It's definitely one of the few companies that can have an impact on society and the world.

As with any large organization, you have to be patient with some of the bureaucracy. Being a global company, there are rules and regulations it has to conform to, which can seem to slow down some initiatives. But management seems committed to streamlining things.

Keep working on reducing the friction between IBM processes that slow down delivering things that clients value.

Encourage more collaboration across different units so we act as one IBM.
