A quite straightforward process, with friendly & down-to-earth interviewers. Information before interviews, etc., was always good.
The application process starts quite late in the year, leaving relatively little time for preparation and a lot of uncertainty.
More communication (you can never have too much). A little more help with the online portals would be good. Lots of accounts needed making, and finding and accessing them again was quite difficult.
