Good to work at IBM.
IBM is a good company to work for.
Nothing to add regarding advice to management.
Three rounds, including technical MCQs & problem-solving, and a technical interview. 1. The first round consists of technical MCQs and three problem-solving questions. 2. The second round has five questions: three problem-solving and two SQL quest
Skype Interview. There isn't any on-site coding questions. Most of the questions I get asked are about the things I put on my resume. They also ask questions based on your answers. So, be prepared to be very familiar with your projects.
The interview was okay. I had hoped for a more practical interview, with some logical or programming problems/tasks, but I was asked only theory. It was for an Android bootcamp where Android theory was considered a bonus, not a requirement.
