You could be "on the bench" for quite a while without doing anything but training and courses and still get paid. You are able to try different projects with different tech stacks.
You might be fired around these days if you are on the bench. Depending on the projects, you might need to work overtime without getting paid. The salary is low.
Stop saying people should be proud to be IBMers; get us some projects.
Stop hiring people while there are a bunch of people without projects.
Forcing people to go back to the office is not fun.
There are a total of three rounds: * **First round:** Need to clear the test related to the technology. * **Second round:** Technical interview. * **Final round:** Management round. Overall experience was great.
The question was pretty easy. First, there was a video screening, followed by a Skype technical interview with one of their engineers. Overall, it was a good experience. I heard back within a couple of weeks, which was nice. The recruiter was helpf
The initial stage involved basic HR screening. I also passed the Cognify and coding assignment. Next, I had the technical interview, which covered basic college-level OOP questions. Don't worry too much about it; they aren't overly harsh.
