Pros

WFH option.

Good for beginners to get corporate exposure.

Flexibility.

No attendance marking.

ISL, IRL, etc., have cream of techies.

Cons

All support functions are hopeless.

No employee-friendly environment.

Transport department is a hell.

Employee-manager relation is completely missing.

Advice to Management

You need to think about your employees. Do something for them, instead of putting graphs and figures in PPTs. Seriously rework the compensation part.
