The pros are obvious: less time spent in travel, flexible work hours, etc.
The only real con is isolation. The division I work in has been extremely generous with flex time, allowing me to work when I want.
IBM has a rich history of being a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Performance management helps employees improve on weaknesses and build on their strengths.
