Advantage of the possibility to switch between divisions and job roles to gain experience for better personal growth.
The long and never-ending transformation process IBM has been executing for many years makes it very hard for employees to stick with IBM. In addition, salaries are very poor. Promotions are rare, as are benefits and perks.
An advice won't change anything.
