- Relatively stable company and employment.
- Some competent people in the company you can learn from.
- Pay is below market.
- Projects are hectic, when they exist nowadays.
- Management tends to be insensitive and bully-like and not particularly clear about the goals you are supposed to be following.
- Bleeding talent like crazy.
