Work pressure depends on the project.
No cons I have experienced.
The first tech round involved pen-and-paper Java puzzles, algorithms, and join queries. The second round was a combined manager and HR interview. A CAT-level puzzle was also asked.
Coding: 1 technical, 1 HR. In coding, there were 3 questions; I solved all of them. 9 MCQs were also there. So, it's better to try solving the MCQs first and save time for coding.
Easy to medium level Leetcode problems. Focused on data structures like arrays, hashmaps, and linked lists. Can be done in any coding language. First, a coding assessment, then a behavioral assessment sent with multiple-choice problems.
