A good place to start

Software Developer (DevOps)

3.0
Pros
  • Individual empowerment.
  • Emphasis on self-learning with Think40.
  • Many opportunities to lead and take charge (encouraged, in fact).
  • Good onboarding programs for entry-level developers.
  • Very diverse workforce.
Cons

Compensation leaves a lot to be desired, and raises are miniscule.

This is a very large organization that can be difficult to navigate.

Internal websites and resources are often disjointed, no longer supported, or lead to dead ends.

There are many silos that can make it difficult to get anything done.
