I applied online. You need to submit their form, which includes several personal questions. The process took about one week to get a chance to complete an online IPAT test based on reasoning and a HireVue interview.

The interview process was good and face-to-face. I was moved from ssp to regular roles. All went great, and it only took two rounds of interviews. One interview was technical, related to my domain, and the other was HR-related.
