A fine place
It's a huge company, so a lot of the experience depends on the division. In the security unit, I've had the chance to work with great people. The bureaucracy is there, but definitely manageable. Lots of highly motivated and talented people!
I feel like I've been lucky to get as much salary increase as I have in my time, but based on what I'm seeing at other companies, it's definitely on the lower end.
