IBM

I cleared three rounds of IBM but was not shortlisted for the further round, which was a video recording round. Maybe I need to improve myself in certain parts, but I was not expecting to not get shortlisted for the further round.

I had an online interview where the IDE was buggy and did not respond. Overall, I would recommend trying to get an in-person interview over an online one. Also, expect some lags and no response from recruiters during the process.

The interview process was great. I met a lot of great people. The onsite interview was very nice and collaborative, and it was very great. I recommend this for colleagues and friends.
