Great company to work for in general
IBM is a big company. This is an advantage, as you can move from technology to another without the need to switch companies. Work with lots of smart people and good work-life balance. Lots of room to grow.
Slow in moving and changing direction, but it is getting better. Lots of politics, as in all big companies. Also, pay could be better.
Look more into your resources and take care of your engineers more. They are the real reason you can be competitive in the tech market.
