There are a lot of gurus who can assist you at any time and help with any technical question or issue.
For a supplemental position, there are not any benefits or vacation. IBM can terminate the contract at any time before the ending period.
The management team is working very well. Team leaders are in contact with staff all day during meetings and private conversations.
