Good colleague, poor pay
Coworkers I have worked with have been very helpful.
Pay is very poor compared to market.
The working environment is awesome. There are ample events to keep employees happy and engaged, but everyone is looking for an exit because of the pay. Just because someone started with low pay doesn't mean they have to be paid less, even after years of experience.
