Good work-life balance for me.
No cons as far as I know.
The first round was a coding round, using HackerRank. It contained two easy-to-medium questions. I guess you need to solve both to move to the next round. I solved one, but could not solve the other.
The process, after the IBM Scholars Program, was that we were shortlisted for an interview. The interview was with a senior developer in an online mode for 30 minutes. It was the final stage of selection.
I was contacted a week after having given my resume to an on-campus recruiter. I was asked to come into an IBM lab and interview in-person. The interview was very casual and friendly, and it was a great way to gain interviewing experience.
