Pros

IBM is a huge organization. You need to be in the right division to get the best out of it.

For Indians, ISL is the best place to be, and some groups are really great when it comes to learning and improving oneself. The work culture in IBM ISL is one of the best that any company has to offer.

Work from home, unlimited sick and casual leaves, a laptop on joining, etc.

Cons

HUGE notice period (3 months).

Very late final settlements (45 working days after last working day).

No leaves encashed until you separate.

Everything depends on your manager (if you've got the wrong one, you're pretty much screwed).

Fewer green bills.

Advice to Management

Actually follow through the IBM assessment process and not mess it up based on your opinion.
