Good for training
There is a lot of patience and opportunities to train as a professional, especially if you enter as an intern.
They constantly urge you to learn and make use of their educational platform.
When they bring you into a project, they sell you as a senior and the pay is very low. They do not take responsibility for workplace harassment. They promise to change your role and train you for it when you decide, but in reality, it's never possible.
