There is a competitive starting salary for graduates. You get to work with lots of very experienced engineers within the company.
There are lots of opportunities to change teams, products, or job roles.
There’s time allocated to all employees for self-learning (learning new technical skills, online courses, etc.). The company looks impressive on a CV.
Salary stays pretty static. Teams working on different components in the same product are a bit isolated from others, and this can cause problems when one team makes a change that breaks another team's component without notifying them of the change.
Knowledge sharing between team members could be a lot better. There is a high chance of working on a product for two or three years that gets canceled.
Coffee, food, and snacks you have to pay for.
There is also a very poor concept of working overtime. You will get your time back in lieu, but not cash, which may not be an option.
There is also a bit of a disconnect from very senior management and regular staff.

It was smooth and good. There were three rounds: * Online coding * Technical face-to-face * Technical round * Oops concepts * Collections * Selenium questions * API questions Overall, it was average and smooth.
