Nice office at Domino Farms. Can work from home on occasion. Lots of online learning resources (RedBooks, etc.). Other job opportunities within this big corporation.
Cost-cutting measures: 401(k) payout only in December, no vacation day carryover, and benefits are not great. Low raises and no bonuses, even if your group does well. So many processes and procedures for daily activities.
Compensate your employees better. The range of the salary "Band" is way too wide. If employees are good and score well on reviews, then don't keep them in the lower part of their band.
Aptitude test, technical interview & HR. Very easy questions, OOPs concepts & projects you've done in your academics. Technologies you worked on. Database queries, project schema. Networking protocols, topologies. Operating systems scheduling, memory
The interview process was good. There were a total of 4 rounds of interviews, including 2 technical interviews. The tech panel was good and spoke softly.
The interview for graduate hires was pretty simple. My interview consisted of three tests: Aptitude Technical English composition Finally, there were two interviews: Technical HR Both concentrated on basic knowledge.
