The company has mass layoffs frequently. Almost half of their employees are on contract, most of whom have been let go from their full-time roles only to be brought back on contract three months later. All this while the CEO draws 32 million dollars a year in salary and writes herself a check of around 3 million dollars as "bonus". How can she get a bonus when the company is performing badly and the other employees don't get any?!
Next time you are struggling financially, don't let go of people who have families to feed. Decrease your CEO's underserved salary. Thanks to a senator who questioned JP Morgan's CEO's salary, I was inspired to write this review.
