Compared to other tech companies, IBM is relatively stable, and the chances of getting laid off are smaller.
IBM is fairly flexible about work hours and working from home; however, this depends a lot on your manager.
Benefits are okay. In general, if you work hard, you will be rewarded. Smart engineers.
Stock is still doing good, considering the tough economic times.
Lots of work, long hours.
