Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to telecommute.

Cons

The pay is very low compared to similar positions at competing companies.

There are constant "freezes" on bonuses, raises, and promotions, though only for the working folk, of course, not for executives.

There's no recognition for a job well done and a lack of opportunities to grow one's career.

Long hours and lots of responsibility, but low pay.

Advice to Management

Share some of the company's prosperity with the people who make it succeed. Compensate employees justly, instead of using outsourcing and resource actions as fear-inducing techniques to deny raises or bonuses with the excuse of "you get to keep your job."
