IBM started with an online aptitude test. The questions were very confusing, and I didn't see the point of them. After that, the interview process was very smooth. Though they didn't give a choice for location. They just randomly assigned people bas

The interview went well overall. There is not much to worry about if you have prepared well.

There were 3 rounds: 2 technical and 1 HR. All were easy and simple. In the technical rounds, all questions were regarding my projects and work. Afterwards, there were some behavioral and cognitive tests. Speed was the key here.
