Easy and simple: two rounds of interviews, as well as a good environment. There were two technical rounds, one written round, and an HR round. It took 2 days.

Overall, the experience was good, and I felt quite comfortable during the process. IBM's test was actually easy compared to what I had expected, though I must admit that I was underprepared this time. I could still manage a decent number of questions

There are two rounds of questions to test your aptitude. Shortlisted candidates are selected for the interview. The interview was average; they asked basic questions about data structures, sorting, and databases (queries).
