It's one of the worst HR policies in the world. If you want, I can write it in pen and paper.
All policies are worst, not even to the standards of small companies.
If you do chamcha-giri, then you will survive.
No hike for 5 years.
All policies and processes like BCG, PBC, RETALIATION are only on paper.
Worst paymaster. If you stay 10 years, you won't get any hike.
No advice. They are the people who spoil IBM's image.
