Not all that great a place, as people outside would normally think
- Good work-life balance
- Flexible timings
- Get to work with new technology
- Too much bureaucracy.
- Bad pay package.
- Middle and senior level management not all that cooperative.
- Growth is stagnated with the technology that you begin to work with; not much lateral movement happens, although you get all the false hopes from management about the same.
Understand that people come to work not because of the name of the company but because of the work culture and environment. So try to cut down on the bureaucracy, of course, if possible!
