Nice place to learn new skills.
I haven't seen any cons.
On Campus... 1st Round: MCQ and basic DSA code. 2nd Round: Interview. Asked about projects and various OS questions and LINUX commands. Asked for BIT manipulation code to type in notepad.
Started with my intro and projects I have worked on. They gave me two DSA questions, one after the other. One topic was heaps, and the other was related to DP. I explained the optimal approach for both of them.
The first round was telephonic, based on basic Java/J2EE concepts. In the second round, I was asked to write code. The interviewer also asked data structure, design pattern, and DB questions.
