- Forced return to office (minimum 3 days) after hiring extensively for remote work.
- Impossible to get a decent raise or promotion (over 2 years of fighting, and not just for myself).
- Hiring freeze hasn't been lifted in at least 3 years.
- Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.
- Has no interest in listening to the voices of employees.
