Good company to learn in it different technologies, but not friendly
- Forces the whole team to reach its top performance.
- Most projects apply Agile methodology, as stated in management books.
- Gives you the opportunity to deal with different cultures and nationalities.
- Salary began to be not competitive.
- Unfriendly environment.
- If you're in an entry-level position or are a fresh graduate, it doesn't give you the opportunity to focus on a specific career, and this has pros and cons.
Mentorship and advice for employees should be better.
The company should focus more on the mobile development field.
