I started my career with IBM. I was lucky enough to deal with global teams and learn many skills there. The amount of learning resources and humble people is really high.
As such, IBM, I felt I was more lucky than others to join very interesting projects during my journey, which helped me to reskill and learn much. On the other side, some people were getting stuck with projects where you will not experience the same. So, which project you work on at IBM really matters.
