Unlimited sick leaves, but performance will go down if you take even 5 a year. So I don't know if they are pros or actually cons.
No work-life balance.
Manager is the ultimate boss and can fire you anytime. They will insult you all the time if you are a junior member. The culture is such.
Support project, nothing you can learn here.
No hike for 4 years.
