Work-life balance is going to hell (in the BMO account Pega support project).

• Manager (Joyjeet Sen) is unfriendly.
• Managers only think about their profit; they can force you to work 12 hours but ask to claim only 9 hours in the timesheet.
• Even if you applied for medical leave, they ignore it and ask you to come to the office and work.
• Bad night shift culture. Though the night shift does not support your health, still managers do not give release and force you to work in the night shift.
• They can put you in a trap to hold you on the project.
• They don't care about the employee's health but can blame you if your performance goes down. They do not discuss how to improve; they just harass you mentally and physically.

Currently, it's very difficult to say "IBM is a good place to work."

Please give release if employees are looking for that. Please give importance to employee health. If management doesn't care, employees will leave the organization.
