Stability, good work environment, upward mobility
Heavy bureaucracy, lots of procedures and red tape, poor internal tools.
I was questioned by a panel of software engineers. Each interviewer asked a couple of questions; however, because I was on speaker, I couldn't hear some of the technical questions. I answered the questions incorrectly. It was not a great experience.
Mostly HR-related questions were asked, based on information present in the resume, such as projects and skills. Interview duration for both the Tech and HR rounds was 10-15 minutes. I slacked on a question about Linux, and therein, I probably lost
The process was quite fast. I applied online and got a phone interview. However, it was really short as they did not sponsor visas. I took a day off to prepare for the interview. They should have added the no-sponsor part in the job description.
